NEUROCAM-ON TRACK

I am still figuring out the formatting thing with the blog. If anyone knows how to cut and paste emails so they do not become completely garbeled, please let me know. Also, It might interest some of you that the date that was picked for my first assignment, March 14th, is my birthday. Another year gone by already, who would've thought. Last year was spent in a bar eating club sandwiches and cheap champagne which was purchased for me by some guy at the bar who never even spoke to me, just heard me say to the barkeep that it was my birthday, and bought me a bottle. Starnge how things work. I suppose, however, that if I can remember the details, the ripped barstools and the cooks who were smoking pot in the kitchen at a bar a year ago, I should be able to come up with some good notes when paying attention. Regardless, here you are, more correspondence.

NEUROCAM 7

Dear Sir,
I have attahced the first of two emails, as requested. There is a function in my webmail server that allows me to forward a message as an attachment without alteration. While I understand your hesitations, I must relay that I am in no wayattempting to act in an unprofessional, or, as you called it, spurious fashion. My understanding has been that my involvement in Neurocam was relient on myoberservations, as well as my actions throughout my involvement. I thank you for your time, consideration, and trust in this matter. The second email, labeled as such, will immediatley follow.

NEUROCAM 6

Dear (Harlen M Qunit),
Thank you for your question. Having checked the email records associatedwith your file, I can clearly state that no communication form my address has been recorded with anything other than my own signature block. If you have proof otherwise please forward the intact emails as they werereceived by you. This in it self is not likely to provide much proof asthey would be easily alterable by yourself if, by mere chance, you wereacting under such spurious intentions.

If your reporting is true, a possible explanation, however, is also easyto come by. As you will appreciate both Neville Harris and my self arebusy people with inboxes that are regularly overflowing. Many of theanswers we have to provide are route because the questioners are askingvery unoriginal questions. On numerous occasions, for matters oforganisational communications consistency, and in accordance with NeurocamInternational’s Operating Security Guidelines, Neville, myself and otheremployees who answer questions form the general public, applicants and newoperatives exchange copies of our communications. Further, allcommunications are recorded on the files of each operative for referenceby any employee with suitable security clearances. Through either ofthese processes, and taking into consideration the sheer volume of routequestions that need to be answered, Neurocam employee’s often copy keytexts from previous communications, and may, accidentally include thesignature block that does not reflect the actual sender of thecommunication.

These practices aid both efficiency and consistency across theorganisation. While the implementation of these contributing practiceshave not been without difficulties, due to the issue of varied securityclearances involved, and now potentially miss-edited communiqués, it hason the whole proven a innovation.

I trust this addresses your concerns, and I appreciate you bringing thismatter to my attention. It provides all the basis I need to instigate areview and reiteration of Neurocam’s standard communication editingprocedures.

NEUROCAM 5

Dear Sir,
In my brief correspondence with your organization, I have noticed a curious, well, error. The first letter I recieved was from Maxwell Knights email, and was signed byNeville Harris. The second was the reverse. It struck me as odd, and rather leading. In hopes to prevent speculation, I hope that you might be able to shed light on thesituation.

NEUROCAM 4

The following response was recieved only hours after the questions were sent. After the pasted response, I have my own thoughts...

Dear (Harlen M Quint),Thank you for your email.Neurocam's Operational Security Guidelines prohibit me from revealingexcessive information regarding Neurocam's proprietary industrialpractices, but, working within that framework, I will attempt to answeryour questions to the best of my abilities.

1) How many operatives are enlisted by Neurocam?
While I can not directly answer this question, I can say that: NeurocamInternational is a multifaceted organization with offices throughout theworld. We have thousands of employees operating in countries such asAustralia, New Zealand, The United States Of America, Nigeria, Kenya,Japan, Netherlands, Canada, Germany and The United Kingdom.

2) Does Neurocam operate functionally as an Ideological State Apparatus, such as described by Louis Althusser?

Neurocam's Operational Security Guidelines prohibit me from answering thisquestion.

3) From my research, I have found a great amount of outside speculation onthe business of Neurocam. To what level is Neurocam involved in spreadingdeliberate disinformation?

Neurocam's Operational Security Guidelines prohibit me from answering thisquestion.

4) How many people can I expect to be in direct contact with in regards toassignments?

Neurocam's Operational Security Guidelines prohibit me from answering thisquestion.

5) Finally, on your disclaimer page, you have listed a great number ofthings Neurocam is not. The structure of the statements, as well as theirplacement on the page as a successive list, led me to wonder whether ornot linguistic suggestion was being employed. While I do not presume tohave discovered anything, I did want to ask if that was, at leastpartially, intended.

Due to certain pending patents Neurocam's Operational Security Guidelinesprohibit me from answering this question.

I do trust you will understand the restrictions placed on me by Neurocam'sOperational Security Guidelines.

I did not expect any distinct answers, as I have seen few who have recived them. Some of the snaswers I did recieve were interetsing in themselves, however vague. I do not want to delve to ddeply into this publically as of yet, as not to overstep any such rules.

NEUROCAM 3

Dear Sir,
I thank you for you consideration, as well as for your offer to answer a few
questions, to the best of your allowed ability. I must first say that my curiosities
in regards to Neurocam are peripheral, and will in no way change my eagerness to
become involved.

Please Advise, and thank you for your time.
